January 21st is the big day...A few minutes from me writing this, I will be 22. Now, I am not gonna complain about the things I have yet to accomplish, or things I regret. I am not gonna trip on the friends who haven't called me in a while, or even the ones who don't call me on my birthday. I'm still going to school tomorrow, even though I only have one class.
If I do say so myself, I have grown and matured into a beautiful, confident, intelligent woman. I have learned so much from my past few birthdays, that I cannot help but look to this one with optimism.
I am going to thank God for giving me another birthday, another year of good health and love, and eagerly look forward to another year and another chance to shine.
